Our leadership vision for men is to be a Servant Leader who leads by example. It is a vision of looking beyond the faults and seeing the need. Being quick to forgive, and create peace among believers. Also, one of our models is that it's "Nice to be Nice". My aim to look at ministry differently. Instead of focusing on the fault we aim to find the solution to the issues at hand. Also, be an example of teaching the same teachings Christ gave to us we'll teach others also. Our vision encompasses letting our lives be the mirror that reflects image of Christ. It includes studying the Word of God, evangelism, prayer and fasting, feeding and clothing the community, prayer cleansing and counseling using the back to the wound experience to unfold each traumatic incident in their lives. Peeling back the layers of traumatic memories; while also ministering to the family unit as a whole. By leading families and assisting them to rise above life’s challenges through faith, purpose, accountability, and opportunity.
We believe ministry must reach beyond the walls and touch the real needs of people in the community.
